Analyzing the situation, defining the goals, and applying brand thinking, Mica asks smart questions that lead to product innovation.

She is a creative leader with 15+ years of art direction experience from AARP Media, Good Housekeeping and Meredith Corporate. Working as the bridge she launched national campaigns, built modular flexible brand ecosystem and worked on creative strategy for her clients. She has also won business for Fortune 500 clients like Fidelity,
Ensure, Avis, Expedia, Pantene and P&G. 

Mica has a keen eye to understand the direction of each project and is able to strategically make decisions to lead it down a path that is a great experience for the user. Working at Verizon with cross‑functional teams, she has incorporated all aspects of her background to ask the right questions, lead brand development, and strategize
creative solutions for products like Shark Experience, Digital Signage, and 5G Fixed Wireless Access.

In her previous role at AARP Media Sales as the Senior Art Director, Mica developed effective and memorable national campaigns. She also worked along side the Marketing / Sales team to revamp the AARP Media national brand. 

She is a graduate of Syracuse University’s renowned School of Visual Arts and has received additional training in branding and management from The School of Visual Arts and NYU.

In her free time she enjoys training for half marathon, experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with her children and paddle boarding.
