Tink Design was founded in 2007, by Mica Bard under this important guiding principal. Mica’s 15+ years collaborating with best-in-class companies, including Verizon, AARP Media, Fidelity, Avon, Clorox, Kraft, Johnson & Johnson and UJA, to create strategic visionary experiences.
Mica is currently working at Verizon creating breakthrough products in the mobile and digital space. She is leveraging her storytelling, design, and technology skills, in her latest project of bringing Tech to golf courses.
In her pervious role at AARP Media Sales as the Senior Art Director, Mica developed numerous effective and memorable national campaigns. She also worked along side the Marketing / Sales team to revamp the AARP Media national brand.
As the Associate Art Director at Good Housekeeping Magazine she played an instrumental member of the marketing team
that broke down preconceived notions by giving GH a younger and more modern personality.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University’s renowned School of Visual Arts and has received additional training in branding and management from The School of Visual Arts and NYU.
In her free time she enjoys training for half marathon, experimenting in the kitchen, spending time with her children and paddle boarding..
